Rule #6

Choose a sport that you enjoy playing, a hobby that you do a lot, or anything active. Playing a sport is beneficial for one's health and well-being, as well as it being fun and interesting to do. People who play sports are often the most fit people, as well as having the most friends. That brings me to another point, don't play a sport just because your friends are playing it. This will only result in your embarrassment, that of your friends, and likely being kicked off (or quit) the team or sport. It's easy, find something active you like to do, and do it!
